Kitchen lighting stopped working so I suspected a rat might have gotten inside and bit off the cable, turns out there was a hole somewhere which needed patching up and found the cables that were chewed by the rat/s. I took out all roof tiles, and covered everything with a plastic sheet to protect it from weather as well as future rats and covered the holes. After I have pressure washed the roof which made it look completely new.
